Purpose of Role:
To research and validate Service Delivery provisioning systems as part of the Revenue Verification Project, with the primary objective of improving the data integrity of circuit inventory and billing records, enabling effective reconciliation of circuit inventory and billing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking Exception Reports via the Data Quality Management team generated by comparing F&E Circuit inventories and billing systems, research and identify causes for data discrepancies, using the various sources of local information and expertise
Correct circuit inventory data deficiencies in F&E, which will deliver improved reconciliation between Billing systems and the Service Delivery circuit inventory (F&E)
Maintain accurate progress tracking reports associated with the project on a daily basis
Participate in training as required to develop knowledge of F&E and local systems to enable you to effective perform your role. Knowledge of local systems relating to a number of EMEA countries may be necessary
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal customers and suppliers
